Our hourly rate is $300/hr. for consulting and expert witness services.
We do not charge a premium rate for depositions or court testimony.
Travel time is charged at the hourly rate, but not in excess of $1,500/day, and to the extent possible, we try to work while traveling, for which the client is not "double billed."
